Meet Monique Petteys

Monique Petteys, FNP-C, is a highly skilled family nurse practitioner with a dedicated focus on women's health and wellness. Serving patients at Life Point Medical, LLC, in Clayton, Georgia, Monique provides personalized, whole-person care. Her compassionate approach ensures each patient receives targeted and comprehensive healthcare.

Originally hailing from California, Monique has been a proud resident of Rabun County, Georgia, since 1996. A graduate of Rabun County High School, she pursued her passion for nursing by earning her undergraduate degree from Piedmont College in Demorest, Georgia. She further specialized in family practice, obtaining her master's degree from Frontier Nursing University in Hyden, Kentucky.

With 18 years of professional nursing experience, Monique has honed her expertise in various specialties, including medical/surgical nursing and obstetrics. Her extensive training in women's health and family medicine underscores her commitment to providing holistic, patient-centered care. Monique is particularly passionate about rural healthcare and is dedicated to serving underserved communities.

Currently residing in Long Creek, South Carolina, Monique balances her professional life with a rich personal life. She is a devoted mother to her two children, Dylan and Nyla, and enjoys the companionship of her three dogs, a cat, and several chickens.

An avid animal lover and nature enthusiast, Monique finds joy in cooking, gardening, hiking, rafting, traveling, yoga, music, and spending quality time with friends and family.
